From tonight, there will be a temporary traffic disruption along the Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway.

This will affect the north and south bound lanes between the Chase Village Overpass and the Claxton Bay Overpass.

The Works Ministry says this is to facilitate road rehabilitation work.

The disruption will begin on August 19th and continue until August 23rd, with work hours from 9pm to 3am, daily.

During this time, traffic will be limited to a single lane within a section of the work zone, as well as moderate periods of traffic stoppage.
