Trade Minister Paula Gopee-Scoon will lead a Ministry delegation to participate in several events in China next month.

These are the China LAC Business Summit in Beijing, the China International Import-Expo in Shanghai, and a Promotional Investment Tour of Jiangsu province.

The Ministry says the trip will promote T&T’s export potential and investment opportunities.

These details were confirmed after Minister Gopee-Scoon welcomed a delegation of investors from China earlier today.

The investors received a tour of the Phoenix Park Industrial Estate and met with executives of the Pt. Lisas Industrial Port Development Corporation (PLIPDECO) and the T&T Manufacturers’ Association (TTMA).
