Yesterday was the launch of Toronto Caribbean Carnival!

This launch event took place at Nathan Phillips Square in Toronto, Canada.

The 2023 Toronto Caribbean Carnival spans several weeks in July to August, culminating in a weekend-long celebration from August 3rd to 7th.

Events include: Junior King & Queen Showcase, King and Queen Showcase, Junior Carnival Parade, Calypso Competition, Pan events, and of course, the Grand Parade.

The Grand Parade will take place on August 5th, with thousands of masqueraders expected to parade along Lakeshore Boulevard.

On August 6th, there will also be the TTC International Food Festival at Malvern Park/Malvern Recreation Centre.
