THA Chief Secretary Farley Augustine has been invited to a National Security Council Meeting with the Prime Minister and police leadership.

The island has had a number of murders for 2024, including a triple murder in Black Rock overnight.

According to the Office of the Prime Minister, Mr Augustine’s presence has been requested for tomorrow’s meeting at the OPM’s Central Administrative Services office in Tobago.

PM Dr Keith Rowley travelled to the island on Saturday ahead of the meeting.
