TEMA is scaling back its operations dealing with the recent oil spill in Tobago.

During a media briefing yesterday, TEMA Director Allan Stewart said the agency was moving its site from downtown Scarborough, back to its base at Fairfield Complex, Bacolet.

He added that they are currently dealing with a waste management challenge, as efforts continue to dispose of the hydrocarbon material collected over the past few weeks.

Additional hydrocarbon will also soon be removed from inside the vessel.
