Five suspects were arrested after a reported robbery in Trincity on Wednesday.

Police said around 1:30pm that day, officers on mobile patrol responded to report that a woman was robbed of an undisclosed sum of cash at a pharmacy car park.

The suspects crashed their getaway vehicle at the entrance of the said car park and instead ran off in the direction of Trincity Mall.

Police searched the mall and found two suspects hiding, while the other suspects were subsequently arrested.
