A vessel with multiple deceased individuals has been found off the coast of Nevis.

According to St Kitts and Nevis police, the Coast Guard responded to a report yesterday of a boat seen drifting with 19 deceased, unidentified people onboard.

Police add that the vessel has since been towed back to St. Kitts for further investigation.

This incident comes just days after a vessel was found in T&T waters with five unidentified human remains.

The T&T Coast Guard says the boat was later lost while being towed to the mainland.
