On Friday, the sod will be turned for the launch of Phase 3 of refurbishment works on the Lopinot Historical Complex.

According to the Tourism Ministry Phase 3 involves the refurbishment and upgrade of the Lopinot Count House, Cocoa House and Jail House.

It follows the completion of Phase 1 which involved upgrades to the washrooms and tank farm, and Phase 2 which saw reconstruction of the iconic Lopinot Bridge in 2023.
