The Works Ministry has worked out a programme over three phases to address T&T’s road infrastructure, according to the Minister.
Speaking in the budget debate yesterday, Mr Rohan Sinanan said over 600 projects and more than 67,000 sq metres of patching took place in fiscal 2023.
Moving ahead, he noted that a multi-phase plan is guiding the Works Ministry.
Meanwhile, Mr Sinanan gave an update on two in-progress highway projects.
Later in the budget debate, UNC MP Dr Roodal Moonilal responded and was not impressed by the Minister’s contribution.
