Permission has been given for the physical reopening of the Palmyra Hindu School with immediate effect by the Victoria County Medical Officer.
This is according to the SDMS which says a rodent infestation was detected when the new school year started on September 2nd.
Online classes were undertaken while the SDMS carried out remedial works which, it adds, were completed in a week.
It says private pest control company, Rentokil, visited the school to ensure no re-infestation prior to re-opening.
