The Scarborough Secondary and Lambeau Anglican Primary schools reopened today, after being closed due to the recent oil spill in Tobago.

Over the past week, the schools were closed due to the poor air quality resulting from the spill.

The Division of Education the decision to reopen came after comprehensive measures were implemented to ensure the recommended safety standards were met.

These included thorough air quality testing and facility inspections.
