Beaches Resorts has announced a near USD$1-billion expansion with the construction of three new properties across three Caribbean islands.
The new Beaches Resorts will be constructed in Barbados, on Exuma in The Bahamas and Runaway Bay, Jamaica.
In late 2025 ground will be broken for the 600 room Beaches Barbados Resort while plans are underway for the 500 acre Beaches Exuma in The Bahamas and a 400 room resort for Runway Bay Jamaica which will feature an 18 hole PGA golf course.
Beaches Resorts is a part of Sandals Resorts International (SRI) which is the parent company to five resort brands across seven countries.
