Charges of sexual penetration and kidnapping against a female minor have seen a San Juan man appear in court.

The 23-year-old accused was remanded into custody and is set to appear in court on June 24th, 2024.

A victim reported that on December 28th, 2022, she was sexually assaulted by a man who had grabbed her from in front her home and took her to a nearby, unfinished structure.

Police were alerted the following day, and a male suspect was arrested on February 1st 2024.
