A 35-year-old man has appeared before a Master of the High Court charged with the murder of a retired school principal.

77-year-old James Gajadhar died on August 15th at the Rio Claro Health Facility, one day after being chopped.

Dorian Lewis appeared today before Master Shabaana Shah who ordered that he undergo an evaluation at the St. Ann’s Hospital.

The matter was also postponed to September 9th 2024.
