The Energy Ministry says the family of Pete Phillip is continuing to receive support and updates on search efforts at Rig 110.

Mr Phillip has been missing since the partial collapse of the rig in the early hours of December 22nd.

In a statement issued yesterday, the Ministry said, it remains engaged in assisting both Well Services Limited and Heritage Petroleum by providing 24-hour support for the Rig 110 Incident Response.

Well Services is the operator of the rig.

The Ministry adds that T&T Salvage – an international expert – also continues to be on-site and is providing support to the coordinated incident response.
