Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a triple murder in Black Road, Tobago.

The T&T Newsday says the shooting has claimed the lives of Anslem Douglas, Gregory Hamlet and Samuel McKain.

The newspaper reports that a group of men were playing cards when two gunmen approached and fired a number of shots.

Residents later found the deceased lying on the ground, while one man was taken to hospital for treatment.
