Ranveer Singh is asking fans for a chance to prove himself in “Don 3”.

Earlier this year, the actor was unveiled as the new lead for the film, stepping into a role played previously by Shah Rukh Khan in “Don” (2006) and “Don 2” (2011), as well as Amitabh Bachchan in “Don” (1978).

While some were happy with the casting, where was also significant backlash from those who felt he was wrong for the role.

The actor recently appeared on “Koffee With Karan” alongside his wife Deepika Padukone, during which time he said, “Give me a chance, I have done decent work in the last 12-13 years, so I deserve a chance”.

“Don 3” will be directed by Farhan Akhtar and is scheduled for release in 2025.
