Randall Mitchell has conceded defeat in La Brea.

In a statement addressed to constituents, Mr Mitchell said, “ Whilst this is not the result we had hoped for, I accept it with humility and grace. The people have spoken, and I respect their voice.”

He went on to say while he had not been able to serve as La Brea MP, his campaign was personal, as it was about standing with the people in the area.

He also went on to thank the PNM, supporters and his family.
