T&T’s Samara Ramnath will captain a West Indies U-19 women’s team for the World Cup in Malaysia in 2025.
For the tournament, 16 teams have been split into four groups, with West Indies drawn alongside India, Sri Lanka and Malaysia.
The top three teams from each group will advance to the Super 6 and the top two teams from two Super 6 groups will move on to the semi-finals.
The West Indies take part in a pre-tournament camp in Malaysia between January 5th and 10th, before the competition starts on January 19th.
