The Princes Town Market is being reopened, following several weeks of being closed for repairs to enhance the overall safety and functionality of the market.
Chairman of the Regional Corporation Gowrie Roopnarine says vendors have been fully satisfied with the work done.
He has also called on municipal police to crack down on illegal vending outside of the facility, since there is sufficient space inside.
During the closure, vendors were permitted to conduct their business on the sides of the streets surrounding the market.
