Today, scores of postal workers marched from Aranguez to the Finance Ministry’s Office in Port of Spain.
They were accompanied by other union members in what is the latest in a string of actions action taken by the union in recent days.
Yesterday, they marched from the Arima Post Office to the El Dorado office of the T&T Postal Workers Union.
Their main frustration is the Government’s failure to implement an 18.6% wage increase recommended by a 2011 job evaluation exercise.
They are now calling on Finance Minister Colm Imbert intervene.
