Posh the Flagman has passed away.

Posh, real name Joey Richardson, was a regular sight at major sporting events in T&T and sometimes abroad.

He usually donned red, intermixed with black and white, and always carried a large national flag.

Among those paying tribute is the T&T Football Association, which remembered him as a “true patriot” whose unwavering dedication to T&T’s national teams and athletes was unmatched.

It adds, “Posh was more than just a supporter; he was a symbol of the passion and pride that unites us all. His presence at our matches, both at home and abroad, brought inspiration and joy to everyone around him.”
