A man has been charged after a quantity of marijuana and a sum of cash were found at his home.

Between 4am and 6am yesterday, officers searched the home of a 23-year-old suspect at Quarry Road, East Dry River, Port of Spain.

They found a quantity of marijuana weighing 363.5 grams and $27,492 in TT currency.

The suspect was arrested and charged for possession of cannabis, while investigations are continuing concerning the cash.
