Police are asking for the public’s help in finding two men who escaped lawful custody from the St Ann’s Hospital this morning.
The TTPS says security personnel at the facility realized around 5:30am today that the two detainees were missing from a ward.
The escapees have been identified as: 40-year-old Everson Hazelwood and 33-year-old Joshua Garraway who are accused of murder and robbery with violence respectively.
Hazelwood is approximately 5 feet, 4 inches tall, stocky build, brown complexion and of mixed descent and was wearing a white jersey and blue three-quarter jeans.
Garraway is approximately 5 feet, 11 inches tall, slim build, dark brown complexion and of African descent and was last seen wearing a green plaid shirt and blue jeans.
Persons with information on their whereabouts are urged to call police, who remind that harbouring an escaped prisoner is a criminal offence.
