The labour movement faces 21st century challenges, such as confronting the impact of Artificial Intelligence on the workforce.

This is the view of Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley in his Labour Day message for 2024.

He explained that the world of work is being reinvented with a surge of corporate investment into generative AI, which will have socio-economic implications for T&T’s workplace.

However, he added that one thing that remains constant is change and persons must be open to learning and avoid being temperamental.
