Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley has stressed the importance of operating in a lawful manner with regard to State Lands.

Responding to the demolition of squatter houses in Arima yesterday, he said the land has been earmarked for an organized project, with the occupants asked on multiple occasions to vacate.

He added that there are government programmes in place to assist the vulnerable with housing.
