Priyanka Chopra Jonas was back in India recently for a number of personal and professional engagements.
On the professional side, she attended a trailer launch event in Mumbai for the upcoming movie “Paani”.
Priyanka and her mother Dr Madhu Chopra are producers for the Marathi film, which focuses on the inspiring journey of a man from a drought-stricken village in Nanded, Maharashtra, as he battles to secure water self-sufficiency for his community.
It stars Subodh Bhave, Kishore Kadam, Addinath Kothare, and Rucha Vaidya.
The film will be released on October 18th 2024.

On the personal side, Priyanka attended a hastakshar ceremony for her brother Siddharth Chopra.
She says Siddharth embarked on this new journey on their late father’s birth anniversary, making the occasion even more special.
