The Police Complaints Authority says it will investigate a police-involved shooting in Bagatelle, Diego Martin.

On July 3rd, 21-year-old Lennon Noray Jr was killed by officers during an anti-crime operation.

The PCA notes that Noray’s father has no plans to report the matter with the organization, but Authority says it will still conduct a probe.
