Paria and LMCS officials have appeared before the court to answer to charges linked to the 2022 pipeline tragedy that killed four divers.
At a virtual court hearing, not-guilty pleas were entered to each of the 15 charges read by Senior Magistrate Alicia Chankar.
Paria manager Mushtaq Mohammed faced four charges and answered to four more against the company while fellow manager Colin Piper faced one charge.
LMCS Director Kazim Ali had three charges read to him and three charges read against the company.
The matters involved alleged breaches of the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
The case has been adjourned to January 16th, 2025 for a status hearing.
