A new unitized commercial structure for Atlantic LNG has been secured to allow NGC to obtain a greater share in the revenue derived from the sale of LNG.

This is according to an update from the Office of the Prime Minister.

It notes that Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley witnessed the commemorative inking of the deal by NGC, Shell and bp in London yesterday.

The Office believes the agreement will provide for the long-term sustainability of the T&T’s gas sector and a higher level of certainty critical to future investment.
