The National Transformation Alliance is calling on the Chairman of the National Security Council and the National Security Minister to provide “urgent and clear communication” on the arrests former SSA Head Roger Best, and Police Commissioner Erla Harewood-Christopher.

Deputy NTA Leader, Lt. Cdr. Norman Dindial believes the absence of official updates “creates an environment ripe for misinformation, speculation, and public uncertainty”.

He adds that transparent and consistent communication is vital to maintaining public confidence and national security.

The NTA is calling on the relevant authorities to immediately address the nation, outlining the current security situation, the control measures in place, and whether the national alert level will be adjusted in light of these recent developments.
