The Health Ministry is reporting an increase in local Dengue cases, but no additional deaths.
Today, it said there were 635 lab confirmed cases and five lab confirmed fatalities.
Persons are also again being reminded that Dengue Fever may be spread by infected Aedes aegypti mosquitoes, with symptoms appearing within 5-6 days of being bitten.
These last for 1-2 weeks and can include fever, headaches, pain behind the eyes, muscle and joint pains, skin rash, nausea or vomiting and diarrhoea.
Anyone showing signs or symptoms should seek medical treatment.
