Nicole Dyer-Griffith says she has been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer.

In a video shared today, the former Miss T&T and politician said she was diagnosed the same week she hosted O2N Style in late April.

In the video, she revealed that she was currently on her sixth round of chemotherapy, with two more to follow.

Stage two of her treatment will be surgery, while stage three will be radiation therapy.

Mrs Dyer-Griffith praised the local medical team handling her care and treatment.

She also described her journey thus far as being one “from distress to discovery”.
