Caribbean Court of Justice has announced Justice Winston Anderson as its next President.

Justice Anderson’s appointment was revealed at the recently concluded 48th CARICOM Heads Conference in Barbados.

He is expected to be sworn in as CCJ President on July 6th 2025 in Jamaica and replaces outgoing president Justice Adrian Saunders who officially retires from office on 3 July 2025.

Justice Anderson was sworn in as a CCJ Judge on June 15th 2010 and is currently the Chairman of the CCJ Academy for Law.
