Students of Naparima College have given 16-year-old Timothy Hamilton a guard of honour.

Hamilton died last Friday from injuries sustained in a hit-and-run accident in Charlieville back in June.

He was sitting in the front seat of his family’s car when another vehicle struck it from behind, near the Charlieville flyover.

He had been comatose since then, after sustaining a serious brain injury.

The guard of honour formed part of his funeral which was held today and included a final journey to the Hill.
