Namibia have qualified for the 2024 T20 World Cup in the USA and West Indies with their fifth win in a row in the Africa Qualifiers.

They beat Tanzania by 58 runs today to move to 10 points and confirm their spot in their third T20 World Cup.

Namibia made 157/6 batting first with 40 out from JJ Smit, before restricting their opponents to just 99/6 in 20 overs.

Hopes are still alive for Uganda, Kenya and Zimbabwe who each have two games to play to secure second place in the group and the final T20 World Cup spot.

The 2024 T20 World Cup will be played in the US and West Indies in June.
