An 18-year-old has been gunned down at Concord Road, San Juan.

Aaron Henry was playing cards with a group at his home around 7:45pm yesterday, when a dark-coloured SUV stopped in front the yard.

Several loud explosions were heard, with Henry shot several times.

He was rushed to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

A second man was also man was also wounded.

The assailants remain at large.

Meanwhile a 25-year-old man was shot dead in La Horquetta last night.

Around 10:30pm, Omarie Mc Eachnie was in a car along Charlie Davis Street, Phase 4 with a female friend, when a white Nissan Tiida pulled up and several loud explosions were heard.

Both were wounded, however Mc Eachnie later died while undergoing treatment at hospital.

These two incidents bring the 2025 murder toll to 162.

In the same period last year, there were 238 homicides.
