Works on a leaking pipeline in Mt Lambert, which have been causing a water disruption, have been delayed again.

Repairs had initially been wrapped up over the weekend, but then another leak developed, with WASA saying those works would be completed by 8am today.

However, in a subsequent update, the authority says there have been unforeseen technical issues at the jobsite.

Works are now expected to be completed by 8pm today.

Areas affected include Saddle Road, San Juan, Bagatelle, Laventille Road, Febeau Village, Success Village, Malick, Trou Macaque and Santa Cruz.
