Ste Madeleine families who lost their homes in a fire earlier this month have qualified for the construction of units to replace their lost properties.

This has been confirmed by San Fernando East MP Brian Manning who says a site visit was conducted and the families qualify for units via the Housing and Village Improvement Programme.

The families’ short-, medium- and long-term needs have also been shared with the Social Development Ministry and the Land Settlement Agency.
