WHO/PAHO today officially handed over several Health Service Robots to the Ministry of Health.
The Ministry says the Robots are intended to reduce the administrative burden on healthcare workers, allowing them to focus on more critical patient care tasks, which are crucial for maintaining patient care continuity.
The eight Healthcare Service Robots will be strategically distributed to the RHAs based on their capabilities and functionality.
These robots were funded by the India – UN Development Partnership Fund.
