A Tik Tok video encouraging persons to apply for “work from home” jobs with the Labour Ministry is “false news”

This comes from the Labour Ministry itself, which warns that it has no such initiative.

The video also claims that a minimum daily wage of $1,000 to $3,000 will be paid.

The Ministry reminds however that the National Minimum Wage is $20.50 per hour for an eight hour workday.

It is now advising persons to desist from interacting with the post, its accompanying link or adhering to any of its instructions.
