The Social Development Ministry and the National Insurance Board have met on the matter of the digitalization of social services.

According to the Ministry, today’s meeting focused on fostering a secure digital environment as the Ministry shifts towards an accessible and enhanced service delivery model.

Minister Donna Cox says there is commitment to the digitalization agenda as the timely delivery of grant support to vulnerable citizens remains a priority.
