The Health Ministry is today reminding that there are free mental health services available across the country.

This message comes as World Mental Health Day 2023 is being commemorated today under the theme “Mental Health is a Universal Human Right.”

Minister Terrence Deyalsingh says T&T has shown resilience in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, but many people continue to face significant challenges which can impact their mental health.

A directory of mental health professionals can be found at the online portal findcarett.com, while a list of mental health services at facilities across T&T can be found at health.gov.tt. (see below)
