A delay for Christmas food cards is being rectified, according to the Social Development Ministry.
The Ministry, in a media release, notes that it has received calls from MPs relating to the delivery and use of the cards for 2023.
It notes that First Citizens Bank, the card provider, has been notified of several challenges being experienced.
The bank, it adds, is currently testing solutions to ensure full access is afforded to cardholders throughout T&T.
The Ministry says it will continue to work with First Citizens Bank, to rectify the problems in the shortest possible timeframe.
