Police have reportedly shot and killed a man wanted in connection with outstanding homicide enquiries.
Newsday says officers were on patrol and making enquiries in Point Fortin around 1:20am today when they spotted 24-year-old Kelon Branke near a bar.
He is said to have fled to a bushy area, where several shots were allegedly heard.
The police also fired and Branker’s lifeless body was later found.
The TTPS says a Beretta pistol was reportedly found near to him.
