A Plymouth man is expected to appear in court on Monday, charged with the murder of 17-year-old Precious Wills and the wounding of another person.

The incident occurred on August 27th at a bar in Crown Point. An 18-year-old woman who was also shot and wounded in the incident remains warded in critical condition.

The 31-year-old accused, a heavy machinery operator, was also charged with Shooting with Intent to Cause Grievous Bodily Harm, Possession of Firearm and Ammunition.
