One male suspect has been arrested following a shooting incident in Princes Town.

Police say a woman reported to them that she was at her home around 10:50pm yesterday when a gunman approached her and fired a shot, before escaping.

Following investigations, officers arrested a 31-year-old man for both attempted murder and firearm and ammunition possession.
