A Maloney man has appeared before a Master of the High Court charged with the murder of Michael Augustine.

The 35-year-old victim was shot and killed on May 15th 2024 in D’Abadie.

24-year-old Nebmarie Lee was charged with murder, possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition.

He appeared before Master Delicia Bethelmy on Monday, with a Sufficiency Hearing date set for November 28th 2025.
