The M.V. Emprendedora has arrived in Trinidad to assist with cargo requirements during the absence of the M.V. Cabo Star.

Following receipt of the necessary statutory documentation to operate, it will begin operations from Port-of-Spain tomorrow at 2pm.

According to the T&T Inter-Island Transportation Co, the vessel will depart Scarborough after it has offloaded/reloaded cargoes destined for Trinidad.

It also reminds truckers and port users of the amendment to the daily travel schedule, to include additional sailings from August 27th to 30th to assist with the cargo requirements to/from Tobago.

The M.V. Cabo Star is currently undergoing repairs which should be completed by August 30th 2024.
