A number of stakeholders have completed a workshop on cybercrime and cybersecurity.

A two-day sensitization workshop concluded on January 29th, 2024 and was hosted by CARICOM IMPACS, the European Union and the National Security Ministry.

It involved senior policymakers and technocrats in the public service including Permanent Secretaries and Directors of Units/Agencies; representatives from civil society organisations, law enforcement, the Judiciary, and the business community.

The workshop was the final activity under the EU-funded 11th European Development Fund cybercrime component which seeks to enhance cybercrime detection and investigation.
